I’d already had with me THE HEALER WITHIN, Jahnke’s book itemizing some Body Practices that humans can employ to healthily themselves. I’d read it before, and found it to be excellent company for my younger, quiet Seeker self. It was also wonderful company as I began experiential research into Firsthand Interior Body Sound.
