A Body-Based Mission

How could I get myself to prioritize health and fitness in my everyday life. How could I make it my career. How could I integrate it with writing and theater and art. Where could the lack-of-limits let me emphasize my sentiments about the body’s central importance—and so to change my career’s defined parameters. To now define what a creative studio could emphasize and prioritize.

And so much of it was research. I had never been vegan before. I had never eaten so cleanly. It took research. So much label reading in grocery stores. So much getting to know health food stores—like Whole Foods, and smaller individual shops. So much research on hygiene and makeup products. Getting rid of all my old routines.

I had never emphasized so much more non-sedentary. I had never before decentralized the normal workaday reading, writing, and desktop or laptop using process.

And then the new thought on natural colors in clothing, only plant-based materials. Getting rid of leather and suede. To get to the creative aspects of what could be done with my new priorities.
