Working on these themes for this year

2025: my photoyoga celerity went down the drain. I had to learn to tu. I’d identified this already. So for my New Year’s resolution for the studio, I established for myself these creative themes: dense native, dense planet native, dense Internet native. In 2008, I had a language of body that I described as “heavy text”. It’s a mythopoesis of the language that displaced standard rhetoric for me. In order to get back to something like that to ‘heavy text’ my visual painting and drawing, I came to the idea of densifying. Just like the mythopoetic word-language, the language of drawing lines and paint strokes can be dense.
